Holiday Cranberry Orange Relish

In a food processor - until finely chopped:
  • 2 pkg. fresh cranberries
  • 3 oranges; cut into wedges, half the peel removed

Then add 1 C. sugar and 1/2 tesp. salt and pulse until mixed well. Adjust to taste. Refrigerate at least overnight. (The longer, the better it tastes.)

Add chopped pecans before serving if desired.
